Sadie's

Natalie invited Samson Toalei to Sadie's. He is in our ward, but goes to a different high school. They had a great time! They took pictures, had a progressive dinner, rode a couple roller coasters downtown and ended with a shaving cream war. Back in my day we went to the dances, but nowadays they usually don't go to the dance, they just plan other fun stuff :)

Gingerbread House Time

Tonight we put a Gingerbread House together and decorated it. Aaron did most of the frosting and then we decorated it together. We had a great time!

Sneaky Missionaries

The Missionaries were over the other day and as they were waiting in our entry way they decided to decorate my Calendar Santa with "pass along cards." I didn't notice it until a couple days later... Thanks for the message Elders :)

The Invisible Man

I walked into Aaron's room and found this...
I thought maybe Aaron had melted while sitting in his chair. LOL! (Just Kidding) I love when he makes me laugh! :-)

New Moon Premier

I attended my first premier movie and it was awesome! I went with my sisters-in-law (thanks Breigh for the invitation). We were all a little giddy of course, but my excuse is that it was past my bedtime :) I enjoyed the movie...I think it was the company I was with that made it that much more enjoyable! I will always love Edward, but I thought Jacob was pretty hot in this movie :) Except for the many screams and squeals when Edward appeared on the screen, our group was pretty mellow...we expected more crazy people (we heard they were at Town Square though). I will add this night to one of my favorite memories :)

Baby Isaiah came along...he was such a good baby through the movie

Visiting Teaching Message

April Barrett and Janie Parkhurst are my sweet and loyal visiting teachers. They paid me a visit today and Janie brought her daughter Ruby with her. Ruby is one of my favorite little girls...she is adorable! I love her gorgeous red hair and especially her spunky personality. Ruby makes herself right at home when she comes, which I love! She is usually occupied with Max (our Beagle). This particular visit she decided my Nativity scene needed rearranging. I didn't notice the rearrangement until later that night. Allen and I got a big kick out it! I decided Ruby was trying to teach me something too! :) It was so cute that I had to take pictures...

This is sort of how it looked before (with the exception of the camel's rope)

This is the new arrangement...she put the camel's rope in a perfect line...which was amazing for a two year old!

The animals are grouped together :)

Volleyball State Champs!

Natalie's team won the State Championship in volleyball tonight!!!!! We played Green Valley, who we lost to in the Regional Championship. Natalie had some great blocks...she turned out to be our secret weapon! :) It was a very intense and exciting game! We were glad to be a part of it. The excitement in the picture says it all.

Natalie's Volleyball Year

Natalie's volleyball team went undefeated this year...all the way to Regionals. In the Regional Championship game Silverado lost to Green Valley (huge upset and shock), but because State Finals are in Las Vegas this year, three teams get to attend State, so we played Palo Verde tonight to go to State and we won! We have a great chance at winning State...let's hope we take it! :)
